Fatum is a strategy game about human survival.

You need to feed people, build housing for them, find them jobs, and bury the corpses in coffins.

Build different structures and assign roles to people to keep them alive.

Includes a 10-15 minute tutorial.

The cheat functions open after completing the tasks.

It is preferable to use the Windows build – the frame rate is smoother, and post-effects work correctly.

Right now the gameplay is pretty barebone, but the gameplay is extremely polished and smooth for what it is.
I do have to wonder would we able to drag and select like in old school RTS? Or taking the roof off to assign the population some jobs? I do think just simplifing the job assignment to + and - is not the intention. If you are going to make assigning population tedious, at least make it fun, like the game has a religious undertone to it, perhaps we can develop cultures and festivials where people all goes to town square to celebrate and then it would be really convenient for player, aka the god to assign the job.

Thanks for the comment! Great idea about people coming out for a celebration! Maybe clicking on the bell could initiate a gathering of people around it.

As for the roofs – I think clicking on a house could make people come out of it, but opening the roof is also a good idea.

Additionally, there will, of course, be an option to select multiple people by dragging the cursor over them while holding the mouse button, allowing you to assign them the same profession. However, this option most likely won’t be available from the start.
